Margarita Guarin, M.D. born in Colombia, South America, graduated from University Industrial Santander (Medical School) in Bucaramanga, Colombia in 1989, and did her Pediatric Residency at The Medical College/Children's Hospital of Wisconsin (1990-1993) and her Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship at the same institution (1994-1997). She also did one year of Pediatric Critical Fellowship at Primary Children's Medical Center in Utah (1993-1994) She was then a general pediatrician for several years before becoming Faculty at Columbus Children's Hospital/The Ohio State University College of Medicine (2001-2005).
Lee S. Rusakow, M.D., born in Brooklyn, NY, graduated from the New York University School of Medicine in 1986, and did his Pediatric Residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine (1986-1989) and his Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship at Denver Children Hospital, University of Colorado School of Medicine/National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine (1989-1992). He then became faculty at The Medical College/Children's Hospital of Wisconsin (1989-2001) and at Columbus Children's Hospital/The Ohio State College of Medicine (2001-2005).
